Conservation and Community Involvement 

Photography is only one facet of my commitment to the natural world. I currently serve as the Board President for the Erie Bird Observatory (EBO). Previously I served a term as Secretary on the Board. EBO is dedicated to bird conservation through research, education, and community outreach across Northwest Pennsylvania. I also currently serve as He the Venango County Coordinator for the on-going Third Pennsylvania Bird Atlas (PBA3). These roles allow me to turn my passion for birds into tangible a conservation effort that helps protect the species I photograph and share with you here.
